Answering the Prunoi Minister's challengo to disclose how money .could bo obtained with a 'change'of Government, Mr. J. A. Lyons said to-day that Mr". J. H. Scullin had, publicly: stated upon his return, from-1 England that plenty of financial assistance would- be obtained in, London but'for the resolution adopted by tho Federal Labour Party during .his absence,.: favouring a postponement of a redemption loan.
