CLOUDBURST AND FLOOD
(Received 21st April, noon.) NEWCASTLE, This Day. A cloudburst was responsible for many streets, and yards in low-lying distiicts being flooded to a depth of several feet. Heavy rain -all along the coast has caused creeks to rise, and there is a danger of local floods.
