A "NEVER-WAS-ER."
"A political never-was-er" was the term applied in the House of Representatives lust night by Mr. F. Waite (Reform, Clutha) to the Independent member for Egmont, commenting on Mr. Wilkinson's views concerning the Railways Amendment Bill. "His opinion of the railwayman," he added, "is not worth a tin of sardines."
