ATTEMPT TO BURN SCHOOL
An attempt to burn down the oneroomed school house at Kaitoko was made last.week between Thursday afternoon, when I lie school was closed, and Sundny afternoon, when a, church sevvico was held there. lit the porch a firo had been started with mats and paper, and inside the building a kerosene lamp had been used in' an endeavour to begin a blaze.
