Lord Howe Island, Mr. Ghiehester described his trip from Hew Zealand to, Norfolk Island as uneventful with a following wind. The anchorage- at Norfolk Island was the worst in the world and damaged his floats, which leaked ia to-day's flight to Lord Howe Island. There was a bumpy, strong north-easter and the machine vibrated violently. It Was imposible to guess the altitude. The anchorage at Lord Howe Island was ideal. He found the island very pretty.
