. (Received 2nd April, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Ist April. Ooniuiodorc Robin Dalglish flow his pennant aboard the flotilla-leader Centaur on being promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral. He thus becomes the first Australian-born Admiral in the British Navy. Commodore Geoffrey Blake, commanding tho New Zealand Squadron, is promoted to Roar-Admiral, and Captain G. Massey, comniamdor of the Canberra, to Rear-AdmiraL on the retired list.
