LOWER HUTT COURT
Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., dealt with oases in the Lower Hutt Magistrate's Court yesterday. Henry Gordon Rock was fined 5s for cycling on a railway footbridge, and similar fines were imposed upon Athol Pickering and Sydney Hotten for cycling at night without lights. Ifor disobedience of a maintenance order, S. James was sentenced to two months' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended while he pays 17s 6d a week off the arrears.
