EXPORTING PROBLEM

(lleceived 2nd April, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Ist April. "The Times" Borne correspondent states that Mr. Ferguson (Canada) announced that a congress of wheat exporting countries would be held in London on 18th May in order to regulat? markets and exports. It is understood that Mr. Ferguson will be -chairman. The delegates from ten countries, including Bussia, to-day showed completo harmony. The chairman, M. Poneet, regards the congress as a practical step to the solution of the problem.
