The Burns, Philp steamer Malabar, from Melbourne to Sydney, ran on tho rocks near Long Bay this morning at 7 o'clock in a dense fog. Tho passengers were all landed safely by 10, o'clock. The crew are in no. immediate danger. South Head advises that the pilot steamer Captain Cook is five miles off towing a string of the Malabar's lifeboats with people in them, presumably, the crew. Fortunately the sea is ver£, smooth.
