Wright, StcphonFon, and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report having received cable advice from their Bradford agents regarding the tops market, reading as follows:—"Market barely steady, where business is in prospect topmakers are inclined to make concessions. The top of the rise seems to have been reached."
