Now, I am not at all surprised about tho Minister of Eailways. During the twelve years I have sat with the hon. gentleman he has always stood face to face with the wind.' (Laughter.) No matter what way the wind was blowing ho was always head on to it. Look on the steeple of any church and you will find a brave little thing, with his tail upstanding, headed to the wind all the time My hon. friend stands head to the wind all tho time, so long as it wiggles ,his tail." .(Loud laughter.)
