(Received 27th March, 11 a.m.) . SYDNEY, This Day. Mr. Bavin, at Orange, condemned tht Premier's action in defaulting as bringing New South Wales to shame. The Government was bankrupt in money, honesty, and ideas. The country would bo able to lift i.tself above its difficulties if Governments cut down expenditures, and showed other countries that the people were willing vto meet their obligations.
