Tho Wollington Hospital Board yesterday passed a resolution congratulating Dr. M. H. Watt on his appointment as Director-General of Health. Remarks in appreciation of Dr. Watt's sympathetic and helpful interest in hospital work wevo made by Messrs. F. Castle- (chairman), C. M. Luke, and G. Potherick. Mr. Luke said he was sure that no better appointment could have been made.
