Russell £3 12s 6d at the rate of £2 a month, in default four days imprisonment; E. L. Whitehouse to pay 1. S Weston £28 18s lOd at the rate of £10 a month, in default 27 days' imprisonment; H. Eton to pay E. Hannah and C 0.,, Ltd., £4 17s at the rate of £2 a month, in default five days' imprisonment; M. L. F Sanderson to pay Beavon Bros. 16s by 9th April, in default twenty-fours hours imprisonment; E. C. Docking to pay W. \. Wells £34 13s 3d at the rate of £15 a month, in defauJt 30 days' imprisonment; L J. W. Manning to pay J. M. S. Manning £5 13s Od at the rate of 4s a week, in default six days' imprisonment; Garlic Bittfssi to pay A. C. Saunders £11 Is 6d at the rate of £5 a month, in default 11 days' imprisonment; Neville Hildretn to pay L. C. Kohn £26 Os 7d at the rate of £10 a month, in default 26 days imprisonment; J. Larsen to pay John Boy £25 7s 6d at the rate of £10 a month, in default 25 days' imprisonment; J. Eeille to pay Inglis Bros, and Co., Ltd., £18 is 9d at the rate of 7s 6d a week, in default 18 days' imprisonment; P. J. Kelly to nay Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Ltd., ±>l 17s forthwith, in default three days imprisonment. In a defended Court case at PetonG V. H. M'Gill (Mr. C. B. Barrett) claimed. £5 from Wow Long (Mr. G. Findlay). Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £3 6s, and on a counter-claim for £5 judgment w"as given in his favour also..
