MORTGAGORS' RELIEF (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHEISTCHUECH, This Day. The Mortgagors Belief Bill introduced by the Prime Minister was strongly criticised at a meeting of the North "Canterbury executive of the Farmers' Union, when a motion in support of the Bill was defeated by six votes to two. The majority of the members were of opinion that the Bill | practically aimed at a moratorium and that it would not give mortgagors the relief they required.
