'A Travelling Britisher."—As it Is stated that this tax has not been considered it is unnecessary to discuss it. 'Seafarer."—lt is not permissible to publish comment in an Industrial dispute that is still before the Court. In any circumstances, the representative of the other party has the opportunity of correcting any incorrect statements. 'Fair Play."—We have stated both sides, and no good purposo is served by continuing the controversy.
