Within 'a few "weeks hose troubles will be at an end, for the new system Juts been designed to take care of a high flood volume of stormwater.. With the completion of this big work and the stormivater provision at Miramar and in Bridge street, Kilbirnie,-Wellington's major, surface drainage works will have been attended to. The remodelling of the sewerage system at Island Bay will receive attention later. No sewage' ivill be allowed into the system, now in hand. On the left is a view of the outlet, and, on the right, the interior of the outlet.
