HANSFORD AND MILLS

LIQUIDATION

The proceedings brought in the Supreme Court to determine questions submitted by the liquidator of the Hansford and JMills Construction Co., Ltd., were continued yesterday and to-day before Mr. Justice Blair. The case will occupy the remainder of the week and probably longer.

Lengthy evidence was heard yesterday in connection with a lien by the C. and A. Odlin Timber and Hardware Co., Ltd., Cor approximately £12,000, after which the matter was adjourned until Monday' with a view to enabling counsel appearing for other Hen holders to consider whether the lien should be contested further.
