(British Official Wireless.)

RUGBY, 23rd March,

Questioned in the House of Commons on the attitude of the British Government to the proposal for a League Permanent Minorities Commission, Dr. Dalton, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, said that the Government did not commit itself at the last Assembly.
