SCOTCH WHISKY FUSION

Scottish companies in Australia associated -with the Distillers Company, Ltd., of Edinburgh and London, have amalgamated their interests. Distillers Distributing Company; Ltd., has been registered, to represent all brands of Scotch whisky and other spirits controlled by the following companies in Au.stralia: —James Buchanan and Co., Ltd., John Dewar and Sons, Ltd., The Distillers Agency, Ltd., John Walker and Sons, Ltd., and White Horse Distillers, Ltd.

.First directors of the Distillers Distributing Co.. Ltd., are Mr. Allan Box, r&airmau (White Horse Distillers, Ltd.), Messrs. T. R. Campbell, vir.e-chairmaji (John Dewar and Sons, Ltd.), W. W. Armstrong (James Buchanan and Co., Ltd.); A. L. Brown (John Dewar and Sons, Ltd.), E. W. King (the Distillers Agency, Ltd.), and J. L. Euthven (John Walker and Sons. Ltd.). In addition to the Distributing Company, a company has been former], called the Union Bond and Bottling Company Proprietary, Ltd., to take over and carry on under supervision of the Commonwealth Customs all existing operations of warehousing, bonding, and packing the various imported Scottish whiskies and other spirits controlled by the companies already mentioned.
