HUTT PROPERTY REPORT.

At the recent auction sale held by Messrs. H. Ernest Leighlon, Ltd., on the grounds, Lower Hutt, there was a good attendance, and bidding for the St. Albana avenue properly wan started at £1900 and passed in at £2300. There was also good competition for the adjoining sections on the Woburn TCstate, but not reaching the reserves, these were passed in. as were the houses in Make avenue and Mills road. They arc now in the auctioneer's handsJ for private sale.
