CANADA'S TRADE TREATIES
(Received 24th March, 3 p.m.) .- OTTAWA, 23rd March. The slow recovery of Mr. Stevens, of Bermuda, indicates that the negotiator of tho Canadian-Australian Trado Treaty Vill make no appearance in the House of Commons this session. It is understood that the Premier will bring down in tho House the Pact. Mr. L. D. Casgrain (Liberal), in a speech, predicted that tho treaty with New Zealand would not be as advantageous to Canada as the pr-evioui treaty.
