Smithers, (C), declined to appoint a committea to inquire into Communist doings ia Britain and their dealings' with the Soviet.on the lines of the Hamilton* Pish Comn-Utee in tho United States. Mr. Smithers: "As other countries are protecting themselves against Kus> sian dumping, won't you act similarly to protect British workers?" Mr. Mac Donald: "The Hamilton-Fish" Report is useless to us." Mr. W. T. Kelly (Labour): "Didn't both the majority and minority re» ports stato that the charges were unfounded, and inquiry unnecessary?" . No answer. ,
