' The'annual report of the Wellington Boys' Institute and S. A. Rhodes Homes for Boys makes .interesting ,' reading. It deals fully with the manifold activities that characterise this splendid work'ambng boys. The average weekly attendances ares shown to be 899, and during the year 13,521 boys and: youths made use of. the tepid baths. It has been found difficult to find positions for boys during the year. However, 24 were placed in suitable occupations, and, with two, exceptions, were.successful. • • '• ' : ' '.•'•.
