HUTT VALLEY POWER BOARD,

'Jikp second annual staff picnic of thß Hutt Valley Electric Power Board was held at Trontbarn, over 200 making the trip, Mr. £j. Windley, chairman of the jboaxd, and Mrs. Windloy, Mr. Hollands, engineer and general manager, and Jvtrs, Hollands were among those present. Mr. W. H. P. Mr. Windley, in a short speech, gfdd it was a great pleasure to him, as c&airman of tho board,' to be ablo to express his gratification at seeing such $ gathering of all the board's employees, who met in good fellowship as jirorkers and sportsmen.
