FRANCE'S NEW CRUISERS
PARIS, 21st March. M. Dumont, Minister of Marine, presented the Naval Construction. Bill previously postponed owir.g to the AngloFrench negotiations. The Bill provides for the laying down of ' 45,000 tons in ships, including a 23,000-ton cruiser, mounting 11.9 inch guns, two well-protected units of 7500 tons, with 5-inch guns; also a scout flotilla loader.
