HEAVY LOSS AT ORMONDVILLE

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ■ DANNEVIKKE, This Day.

A fire in the centre of Ormondville early this morning destroyed the Settlers' Arms Hotel, a two-story wooden building of seventeen rooms, owned by the Napier Brcweiy Co., and occupied by \V. Sonk, the licensee; a boot shop, owned by W. H. Edkins and occupied by .T. 11. Jackson, boot repairer; the Public Library, and .also Mrs. A damson's bakehouse. A gale was raging, ajjd nothing was. saved. The amount of the insurance -is not1 available.
