Spain wishes that the 1932 World Disarmament Conference should be held in the Barcelona Exhibition Buildings instead of at Geneva. The Government is sounding various countries for their opinions-on tho subject. There will be n<» decision until the next League Council meeting,- but it may be difficult to provide accommodation at Geneva, as th« Conference is expected to be bigger than the Peace Conference. Over fifty, nations are attending, with maliy military, naval, and air experts and dipl«» mats. . ' .
