LOCAL MISHAPS

Minor abrasions and shock were sufifered by^F. Gorshwiski and his wife when., th¥ motor-cycle on which they were riding skidded into a bank in Ngah'auranga '■ Gorge yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Gorshwiski also received severe- lacerations to her right hand and knee. Both were taken to the Hospital by the City Ambulance. Through falling from a motor-car on Saturday afternoon, Noel Fitzgerald, a boy from the .Upper Hutt Orphanage, received head injuries, and also suffered from shock. He wag taken to Dr. Bolt's surgery, and from there to the Hospital by the City Ambulance.
