STATE LABOUR PLAN
(Eeccived 21st March, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Tho State Government has issued a proclamation that the Flour Acquisition Act will operate from Ist March, 1931, after which all lots exceeding one torn will be acquired from the holders and the millers compelled to furnish returns fortnightly of the quantities manufactured. The flour thus obtained will be sold to bakers at a price to b« fixed, the profits going to relieve necessitous farmers.
