SOCIETY OF CIVIL ENGINEERS
The annual general meeting of the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand Society of Civil Engineers was held last evening. A number of city and suburban members were present. The following officers were elected for the current year: Chairman, Mr. M. Cable; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. G. P. Anderson; committee. Messrs. J. G. Lancaster, K. E. Luke, A. S. Mitchell, W. L. Newnham, and i. t*. Thompson.
