AUCKLAND RATING CASE
At tho conclusion of legal argument on Thursday afternoon tho Court of Appeal reserved its decision in the Tating case introduced by an originating summons in which Samuel Vailo and Sons, Ltd., of Auckland, asked the Court to determine whether they were liable to tho Auckland City Corporation for a full year's rates or a hsilfycar's rates on premises which were claimed to have becu unoccupied for sis months.
