(Received 21st March, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 20th Mavch. Offerings at the sheepskins sales to-day were 6026 bundles, including 1983 New Zealand. . . . , There was strong competition and practically all were sold at 20 per cent, above prices current on last January sale rates. Messrs. Dalety and Company report, London, 19th March: "London Sheepskin Sales: Good demand except for shorn and damaged pelts, which , are neglected, prices being unchanged. For New Zealand nil qualities, sound pelted 30 per cent, higher, inferior 25 per cent.. higher, as compared with closing rates of last sales.
