HARRIERS
The annual meeting of the Scottish Harrier and Amateur Athletic Club was held on Wednesday evening, about 40 members being present. A successful year's activities were reviewed. The balancesheet showed a very sound financial position.

Zander; lion, auditor, Mi-. C. O. A. Collin^'S. As a ''pipe-opener," the club is having an informal run £or members at Lyall Bay on Saturday week. A motion by Mr. Bond that rules IS and '23 should be altered is to come before the anuuul meeting of the Olympic Harrier Club next Thursday evening. The fust provides for the imposition of suspension or expulsion from the club of any member whose behaviour is objectionable, and the other for an annual award of a standard monogram to each member who attends every run during the season and of a gold medal on the completion of three years in succession. Certain conditions are laid down governing the awards. Mr. Perston will also move ou behalf j of the committee that the rules of the club as amended and brought up to date by the committee should be adopted.
