THE CITY AMBULANCE
Cases attended by the 'City Ambulance during February totalled .782. 5771 miles having been travelled by the cars. The honorary staff gave 216 hours' duty during the month. The total number of cases attended since the service was inaugurated is now 21.526, the cars having covered 222,051 miles.
Friday next will be the City Ambulance street tiny, and those connected with the service hope that the public, who without doubt1 thoroughly appreciate the work of the Ambulance, will make a generous response to (ho appeal. . i
Flying a Gipsy Moth aeroplane, Mr. H. Armstrong arrived at the Rongotai Aerodrome at 11.15 a.m. to-day from Pannevirke. Mr. Armstrong was accompanied by Mr. Eric Knight.
