(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, This Day. Work is proceeding on tho reconditioning of the East Coast railway. The task of- finishing two unfinished viaducts is also in hand. A total of 428 men are engaged. It is anticipated that the railway to Wairoa will be finished in two yeara, the time previously fixed.
