HOSTILE DEMONSTRATION OPPOSITION TO PREMIER (Received 20th March, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, 19 th March. I The- approach of the end of the session was marked by" a huge open-air rally of the adherents of the Opposition. Thirty thousand wore present. Their object was to pass a resolution of no-confidence in the Government, and bring about the resignation of the Premier. To prevent hostile demonstrations in the Diet an emergency force of six thousand police was grouped at strategic poiiits.
