TERRORISM INCREASING

BEELIN, 19 th March. Terrorism arising from political difference is increasing so greatly that several newspapers publish daily casualty lists. Both Communists and Nazis show a growing inclination to settle their disputes with the revolver. Eioters tried to force an entrance into the municipal chamber when the city's budget was being considered. In the resulting fight the police volleyed, wounding seven, two fatally.
