Though apparently official advice has not yet been received in Wellington by the police, who-have latterly been issuing permits to peoplo wishing to return to or to visit Napier, tho chairman of the Napier Earthquake Belief Committee, Mr. O. O. Morse, has advised, that permits are no longer required.: This advice was broadcast last evening, and to-day tho police discontinued the issue of permits.
