CAPITALIST PLOT ALLEGED
("Times" Cable.) ,' LONDON, 26th February. "The Times" Riga correspondent reports that the next great State trial in Moscow begins on Ist March, when fourteen Socialists who entered the Soviet service as economic and agricultural specialists, responsibly placed in the State Planning Commission, State. Bank, and elsewhere, will be charged with plotting with foreigners to wreck the Soviet and establish a capitalist regime.
