NEW ZEALAND ENSIGN
(Received 18th February, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 17th February. Tho Duke of Gloucester, president of the National Union of Boys' Chilis, received at Buckingham Pnlaco from Mr. J. Baxter, manager of the team, and Commander S. F. Cooper, of the Rugby Union, a New Zealand Ensign from Auckland boys, entrusted to them as a token of loyalty to English Rugby players when the British team was touring the Dominion. An affectionate! mess-J ago to English boys accompanied the gift. Sir Thomas Wilford and WingCommander Greig wore present.
