PROSECUTION OF AGENTS
(Received 18th February, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 17th February. The "Daily Express" says that proceedings are pending in the Higli Court to test the legality of the Home Office's action in prosecuting persons for selling Irish sweepstake tickets. Tho issue raised is, briefly: Havo the English authorities tho right and power to interfere iv any domestic scheme legally sanctioned by the Irish Free State and approved by tho King through the Governor-General?
