MASTERTON'S POST OFFICE TOWER
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "Tho Evening Post.") MASTERTON, This Day. That representations be made to the Government to bring down legislation making it compulsory to remove portions of buildings which may be dangerous at times of earthquake, was a resolution passed at a meeting of the I Masterton Borough Council last night. Tho council also decided that in its opinion the Masterton Post Office tower, in its urcsent condition, was a menace in tho event^ a severe earthquake, and should be removed.
