(Received 18th February, 11 a.m.) DELHI, 17th February. Far from improving the communal situation in Holy Benares has grown worse in the past two days. It is now revealed that fifteen are dead and nearly two hundred injured as a result of tho outbreak of disorder. An entire family was stabbed to death, while in another part of the city twenty houses were burned and property looted. Panic continues in the city. Many rich Hindus and Mohammedans are fleeing for safety. Unless the situa- j tion. improves soon, the troops will take charge.
