DELHI, 17th February. The Viceroy has consented to meet Gandhi, and the latter left Allahabad last night for Delhi, where tho two will discuss tho issues raised in the Premier's declaration at the Round Table Conference. Gandhi, in a letter to the Viceroy, j declared himself as possessing an open mind, but as desirous of sharing with I the conference delegates their hopes for I the future. He added that he was anxious to secure further enlightenment from, the Viceroy in person.
