TO CARRY ON IN INDIA
LONDON NEGOTIATIONS
VICEROY CONSULTED
(British Official Wireless.) (deceived 18th February, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 17th February. The Prime Minister, in the House of Commons to-day, stated that the Government had been considering, in consultation with the Viceroy, how best to carry on the Indian negotiations begun in London. "When the arrangements had boon completed, they would be announced iv the House of Commons. Tho Prime Minister coupled this statement with a denial of the rumour that Mr. Wedgwood Bonn and Mr. J. 11. Thomas were shortly proceeding on a mission to India.
