BUGBY, 14th February. Sir Burton Chadwick, president ot the combined British Trade Delegation to Buenos Aires, left London yesterday with a number of delegates for South America. Fifty delegates from Britain, and fifty from Canada will attend- tho opening by the Prince of Wales of the British Trade Exhibition at Buenos Aires, and afterward those delegates who are members of tho Federation of British Industries are going to tour the industrial and other establishments in the Argentine with the object of furthering British trade ana following up the exhibition. The delegation, which is strong _m many departments of industry, includes leaders of the British motor-car, industry. __^_
