RETAIL PRICES
AVERAGE LEVEL DROPPING

KUGBY, 16th February.
The Ministry of Labour states that at the 31st January the average level of retail prices was approximately 52 per cent, above the level of July, 1914, as compared with 53 per cent, one month ago, and 64 ,per cent, one year ago.
