Tho Irish Free State is report ed to be considering a novel plan to overcome tho imperial Conference detrgdlock on the question of the abolition < >f the right of appeal to the Privy C< juncil. The Free State may ask the King to appoint a Free State Privy Council: Committee, to which all Supreme Coy pt appeals could be referred without altering the terms of the Constitutio oi.
