SYNOPSIS OF LAST 24 HOURS.
Autlcyclonic conditions have prevailed with brilliantly fine weather in most districts. A few Isolated showers, however, fell last night about Foveaux Strait and also at East Cape, the effecti of a very slight low pressure wave which has passed to the southwards. Winds have been light to moderate and variable, and temperatures havo been gradually rising.
